Terms of Service

Last updated October 25, 2026

Who we are

Florida State Roleplay ("FSRP", "we", "us") is a volunteer-run roleplay community for Emergency Response: Liberty County (ER:LC), a game on Roblox. We run a Discord server, a private ER:LC server, a Discord bot and this website (together, the "Services").

We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Roblox Corporation, Discord Inc. or Police Roleplay Community (the developers of ER:LC).

Agreeing to these terms

By joining our Discord server, playing in our private server, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.

Who can use the Services

• You must meet the minimum age for Discord and Roblox (at least 13, or older where your country requires it).
• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and Roblox's Terms of Use.
• You may not use the Services if you've been banned from the community, unless your ban has been successfully appealed.

Community rules

Our server guidelines (posted in the Discord, including the information and department channels) are part of these Terms. They apply in the Discord server, in our ER:LC private server and anywhere else you represent Florida State Roleplay. Staff may update the guidelines at any time; the version posted in the Discord is the one that applies.

Your account and logging in

• You log in to the website with your Discord account. We never see or store your Discord password.
• You're responsible for activity on your account. If you think someone else has access to it, secure your Discord account and let us know.
• Don't share links or screenshots that let someone else act as you, and don't try to log in as anyone else.
• We can end your website session at any time, for example if you leave the Discord server.

The staff panel

The staff panel at /panel is only for current members of the Florida State Roleplay staff team. Access is checked every time a page loads and ends automatically when you leave the staff team.

• Information in the staff panel (moderation records, applications, tickets, player details) is confidential. Don't copy, screenshot or share it outside the staff team except when a manager asks you to.
• Use staff tools only for legitimate moderation and community work, following our staff handbook.
• Actions you take in the panel are recorded under your name, just like in Discord.

Acceptable use

When using the Services, don't:

• try to access pages, data or tools you aren't allowed to, or get around login or permission checks;
• scrape, flood or overload the website, the bot or our servers, or use automated tools against them;
• exploit bugs. If you find one, report it in a ticket and we'll thank you for it;
• impersonate staff or other members, or misrepresent your affiliation with Florida State Roleplay;
• harass, threaten, discriminate against, dox or share other people's personal information;
• post illegal content, malware, scams or NSFW material; or
• use the Services for anything that breaks the law or Discord's or Roblox's rules.

Moderation and enforcement

Staff may warn, time out, kick, ban, jail in-game or otherwise restrict anyone who breaks these Terms or the server guidelines, in Discord, in-game or both. Staff can act at their discretion to keep the community safe and fair, including in situations the rules don't specifically cover.

Records of moderation actions are kept as described in our Privacy Policy. You can see your own record on your profile. If you think an action was a mistake, you can appeal by opening a ticket. Please be honest and respectful; appeals are reviewed by a different staff member where possible.

Applications and staff membership

• Submitting an application doesn't guarantee a position. Management makes decisions at its discretion and doesn't have to explain them.
• Your answers must be your own. Applications written with AI or copied from others may be denied and can lead to a blacklist from applying.
• Staff positions are volunteer roles. They can be changed or removed at any time, for example after failed training, inactivity or misconduct.

Content you submit

You keep ownership of what you write in applications, tickets and messages. By submitting it, you allow Florida State Roleplay to store it, show it to the staff team and use it to run and moderate the community, as described in our Privacy Policy. Don't submit anything you don't have the right to share.

Availability and changes to the Services

The Services are run by volunteers and provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, pause or shut down any part of them (including this website, the bot and the private server) at any time, without notice. Live information such as player counts may be delayed or inaccurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Florida State Roleplay and its staff aren't responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Services, including lost progress, downtime, the actions of other members, or decisions made by staff. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, announce it in the Discord. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
